We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for any reasons including but not limited to personal preference, dissatisfaction with item condition, size, style or buyer's remorse. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have fully reviewed and accepted the actual condition of the product.

Authenticity Guarantee (Only Exception)

We guarantee all products are 100% authentic.
If you believe the item is non-authentic, you must contact our customer service within 48 hours upon delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item for verification.

Once the non-authenticity is confirmed, we will issue a full refund of the purchase amount. We will cover the return shipping cost.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour time limit will not be accepted.
